Is there a booking charge?
No. We do not charge the golfer anything for booking tee times through our site. A deposit may be taken when making a booking.
How do I change a booking?
To add additional players to your booking simply make a new booking for the additional players. If you encounter problems booking more players please call us on 0404-20375.
To reduce the number of players or cancel a booking please mail us at support@onlineteetimes.ie or call us at 0404-20375.
If I cancel a booking is the deposit refunded?
If the cancellation request is made before the club's cancellation deadline the deposit will be refunded. If the cancellation request is made after the cancellation deadline it is at the club's discretion as to whether or not the deposit is refunded. PLEASE CHECK THE CLUB'S CANCELLATION POLICY IN THE BOOKING CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
Will I be refunded if the course is closed?
If you are unable to play due to the course being closed please mail us at support@onlineteetimes.ie or call us at 0404-20375 with details and we will arrange for a full refund of the deposit you paid. When sending an email please include the course name and date when requesting a refund.

Who are Cypress Golf?
Cypress Golf Solutions are a leading provider of web based systems for processing golf reservations. Cypress Golf offer a similar service to Online TeeTimes Ltd. in the US. The booking engine developed by Cypress Golf is used to power the teetimes.ie web site.
